Robinhood has introduced preset NFL combo trades and real-time player contracts, mirroring sportsbook parlays within its trading platform. The update allows users to stack outcomes, spreads, and totals across multiple games in single trades—a clear play for higher engagement. By early 2026, custom combos with up to ten outcomes will further amplify the gambling-like mechanics.

Live trading of NFL player contracts during games—betting on touchdowns or yardage milestones mid-play—adds another LAYER of dynamism. "This was a great opportunity for us to really become the leader in the space," said JB Mackenzie, hinting at broader ambitions beyond football. The features debuted at Robinhood's "YES/NO" event near San Francisco, with plans to expand across sports and non-sports events.
